- Our hours are 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm Monday - Friday. We are closed weekends and holidays.

- Our equipment includes: treadmills, exercise bikes, a rowing machine, elliptical trainers, weight machines, free weights, an ab machine, chin-up bars, exercise balls, bosu balls, mats , and a punching bag!
