Public Works Notice: Snow Plowing
The Public Works Department is asking residents to pile your snow in your own yard and not on the streets. The snow from the end of your driveway is best piled to the right of the driveway if you are facing out to the street, this way we do not end up plowing it back in. Please park your vehicles off the streets so that we do not have to plow around them leaving a pile of snow on the street. Cleaning ends of driveways is a courtesy we provide and will only be done as we have the time. When we have a snowfall, the first priority is to plow all the streets so that all residents can move about town, then we cleanup snow piles and ridges as time permits.
